It depends on the situation. For items in stock, warehouse processing may take 1 to 3 business days in addition to the estimated delivery date. If you have not received a shipping notification to the email address you entered when placing your order, please check your spam folder. You can also check the shipping status on the order page or contact our customer service team.       If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped on the estimated delivery date displayed on the product page.       Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing shipping information.
