Coupon Policy

Effective November 10, 2023, the following Coupon Terms (“Coupon Policy” or “Coupon Terms”) describe the terms and conditions applicable to Halara Coupons (“Coupons”). These Coupon Terms constitute an agreement between you and the Issuer. The “Issuer” is Full Scale Full Speed Pte. Ltd. (“Halara”, “We”, “Us”, “Us”).
By accepting or using a Halara coupon, you agree to abide by the coupon terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the coupon terms and conditions, please do not accept or use the coupon. Our terms and conditions also apply to the acceptance and use of the coupon. We reserve the final right to determine the customer's eligibility for the applicable coupon.

Arbitration Clause Notice : Acceptance and use of the coupon are subject to binding individual arbitration for any disputes that may arise, as specified in the Terms and Conditions. This signifies a waiver of the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Please read the arbitration clause carefully, and if you do not wish to arbitrate a dispute with us, please do not accept or use the coupon.
The coupon policy applies to the issuance, use, and exchange of coupons. Terms marked in bold that are used in this policy but are not otherwise defined shall have their meaning in these Terms and Conditions.
In accordance with applicable laws, this coupon policy may be revised periodically.

Validity Period and Usage Restrictions
Coupons can only be used when purchasing products on thehalara.co.kr (hereinafter the “Site”) and the Halara mobile application (hereinafter the “App”). Coupons issued on the Site or App can only be used on the Site or App.
Each coupon has an expiration date. Please check the coupon's expiration date and use it before it expires. Once a coupon has expired, it cannot be exchanged or used in any other way. If a coupon is not used before the expiration date, it will be marked as "Invalid" and deleted.

How do I get a Halara coupon?
We may provide you with coupons at our discretion, including the following methods:
When you sign up for a new Halara account and log in, we may send you a coupon after you successfully log in.
We may provide you with coupons through the homepage and order pages of our website and app. These coupons are not linked to your Halara account.
We may provide you with a coupon when you scan the QR code to download the app.
You may receive coupons through influencers collaborating with us based on their recommendations. These coupons are not linked to your Halara account.
You can receive coupons via email subscriptions, social media, or other channels. These coupons are not linked to your Halara account.
We may provide you with coupons through coupon pop-up windows on the website homepage and app, at our sole discretion, depending on whether we proceed with the relevant campaign or promotion.
If you successfully complete payment for a product purchase order on the site or app, we may provide you with a coupon at our sole discretion at the time, subject to the progress of the relevant campaign or promotion.

What types of coupons does Halara offer?
We offer the following types of coupons:
Fixed amount coupon;
Discount coupons applied to the total purchase price of the order;
Discount coupons apply only to the purchase price of non-sale items in the order;
Other types of coupons that the Company may issue from time to time.
These coupons may be provided to members only at our discretion.

View Coupons
You can check available or invalid coupons by logging into your user account and clicking “Me” >> Coupons (excluding (i) expired and deleted coupons and (ii) coupons not linked to a Halara account).
Available coupons can be used to purchase products on the site and app, subject to accompanying additional terms and conditions. Coupons may vary by site.

Usage and Restrictions
i) You may use valid coupons when placing an order to purchase products on the site or app (subject to the applicable terms and conditions specified on the coupon and the usage restrictions specified above).
ii) The coupon can only be used once.
iii) Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
iv) Only one coupon may be used for a specific order, and coupons cannot be “stacked” or combined with other coupons for the same order.
v) Coupons will be returned to your Halara account if the cancellation, return, and/or refund of the purchase to which the coupon was used is successfully processed, except in cases where (i) the coupon has already expired, (ii) the coupon is not linked to your Halara account, or (iii) the partial cancellation, return, and/or refund of an order (in which case the coupon is considered used and will not be returned to you).
As stated above, coupons are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions presented to the customer prior to issuance.
